- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Gordon is an awesome OBGYN. He delivered both of my children via c-section, and I would use him again if it weren't for the IUD I had him insert just recently. I am a realist; and I believe that Dr. Gordon is as well. It is not his job to fill your head with unrealistic expectations and women who believe pregnancy is a breeze and never painful, maybe adoption is more your direction. Dr. Gordon always answered any questions and did proper testing when it was ultimately needed. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years now. I went to see Dr. Gordon for missed periods, but I wasn't pregnant. This is a problem for me because if I am not ovulating I can't get pregnant. Dr. Gordon ran a couple of tests, told me everything was normal, prescribed me progesterone pills and sent me packing. We went through this twice, actually. He never took the time to get down to the root of my problem and made me feel like he was only treating the symptom. Which, by the way, is not what a Doctor of Osteopathic medicine does, by definition. I decided to have a second opinion with a different physician in the Bedford area that sat down and really listened to me. We reviewed my home life, medical history, and she seemed very interested in helping me. The words "So the goal here is to get you pregnant" restored any hope in conceiving that I had lost by going to Dr. Gordon. My husband and I went through testing, and while my husband is fine, it turns out I'm not. I found out I have a blocked tube which can obviously make it difficult to conceive. It angers me that Dr. Gordon was remiss in finding this out about me. I know other people with similar stories like mine and it really makes me wonder, how many other patients is he missing the bigger picture with that I don't know? I would certainly not recommend him to ANYONE! Hopefully retirement is in his near future.December 23, 2016by Yesenia Acosta
