  I'm having hand pain and he is very kind and is understanding in helping me get to the bottom of this, with running more tests and putting me on meds. I do like him already and I've only seen him once.

  I had a grand mal seizure very suddenly and unexpectedly, and wanted to schedule an appointment with a neurologist in my hometown ASAP. The office was able to squeeze me in a week after we made the call, and for an EEG and MRI only a few days later, which was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and the office was very peaceful. I only saw Dr. Lipenko briefly, but even after having a slight anxiety attack in his office, he was very understanding, kind, and explained everything to me very well. The ONLY issue is that Dr. Lipenko is very busy, so it will take a long time to get your results back and the results will be relayed to you by a staff member. One of his staff members diagnosed me with epilepsy over the phone. But, after arranging a telephone call with the doctor himself (it took about a week for him to get back to me) he told me that this was not accurate. While that particular incident irked me (as it caused my family and me a lot of grief), I trust Dr. Lipenko's advice and would recommend him to others, with the caveat that you get all of your information directly from him or another doctor.
